On March 1st and 2nd the EBU Radio Documentary Group selected the programmes for the listening sessions at the next IFC in Toronto. We listened to 32 entries and finally selected 20 programmes (+ 3 Ake Blomström-entries selected by the A.B. committee).
The purpose of this preselection is to assure the presentation of a broad variety of formats, topics, styles, genres and new approaches, and to generate a lively discussion on the different aspects of feature making. The selection commitee choosed those programmes that best fit these goals.
